June 18: UN General Assembly resolution to prevent the flow of arms into #Myanmar was adapted June 20: MAL & #SAC delegates flew to Russia to attend the Moscow Conference on Int'l Security in Moscow and Int'l Maritime Defence Show in St. Petersburg. Yup, let that sink in
