Junta and a doggie--Aung San Suu Kyi trial.


As we have seen with the sentencing of the 2 journalists recently, M junt apparently plans to "wrap everything up" with these kangaroo trials (no offense to Australia or real kangaroos) quickly.  It thinks it can "move on."  Not likely.

While it tries to warm up Asean w a charm offensive.

given her by her son Kim during his last/only? visit as an adult in c 2010. ASSK's 2 sons and her late husband Dr Michael Aris, were with her when she returned fr UK in 1988 and took up politics.

The doggie is a Chin dog btw (bought in a bazaar) and it hates strangers coming near her.
