2-3 projects suitable for knit as well as crochet.

Bonnie Barker Afghan.

I only looked at crochet, but have seem similar designs for knitting, some in links Joan sent.

Aran rug.

I'm thinking of trying this with my 4 yarn and size 5.5 mm hook as a round shawl, that I have been looking for for some time.

My apt does not have space for a round rug.  Rectangle would work better for me.

And here's Tina with mosaic crochet.

I am also sending to my "Burma crowd" in case anyone wants to commission or try a mosaic blanket.

They will very very warm, as double throughout entire area with air pocket in between.

It can get cold in Burma in cool season and in hills, partly due to no heat in houses and most people being malnourished.

Anyway, it's just a thought.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/12/health/us-coronavirus-thursday/index.html As Covid-19 infections and hospitalizations soared across the US , experts warned higher death tolls would soon follow. On Wednesday, there were at least 1,893 American deaths from the virus, according to Johns Hopkins University -- the highest daily death toll the country has seen since early May. Already, more than 241,700 people have died. And with the virus running unabated within US communities, that number will likely only keep climbing. Texas becomes the first US state with more than 1 million Covid-19 infections Another more than 110,000 Americans are projected to lose their lives in just the next two months, according to the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.
